And from Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, he-asws was asked about Words of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic: And for the Sake of Allah, Hajj of the House is incumbent upon the people for the one has the capacity for a way to it; [3: 97]. He-asws said: ‘This is upon the one who finds what he can perform Hajj with’. It was said, ‘The one to whom it is presented (offered) to him but he is shy? ’
He-asws said: ‘He is from the one who does have capacity, and why should he be shy? He should perform Hajj even if it is upon a tailless donkey! ’’[92]
And from what Ali-asws has said regarding the boy, Hajj is performed with, he is not an adult. He-asws said: ‘That will not suffice on his behalf, and upon him is to perform the Hajj when he does become an adult, and like that is the woman when Hajj is performed with her while she is a child’’. [93]
And from Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, he-asws was asked about a man not recognising this matter (Al-Wilayah) and performing Hajj. Then Allah-azwj Confers upon him with recognising it (Al-Wilayah). He-asws said: ‘His Hajj will suffice him, and if he were to perform Hajj (again) it would be more beloved to me-asws, and if he was a Nasibi (hostile one) while holding such beliefs and he performs Hajj, then Allah-azwj Confers upon him with the recognition, upon him is to perform (again) the Hajj’’. [94]
And from Ali-asws having said: ‘When the slave is liberated, upon him is to perform the Hajj if he has the capacity of a way to (perform) it’’. [95]
And from Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-saww having said: ‘When an owned slave performs Hajj he will be sufficed from it for as long as he is an owned slave, and if he is liberated, upon him is to perform the Hajj, and the Hajj is not necessitated upon him while he is an owned slave’’. [96]

He-asws said: ‘No’’. [97]

Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws said: ‘When the expenditure is from the wealth of the woman, the husband is not encumbered the expenditure of Hajj for its reason, but he should go out with her in order for her to fulfil her obligations, and the expenditure is from her wealth’’. [98]
