قب، المناقب لابن شهرآشوب أَرْكَبَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَ عَمَّمَهُ بِيَدِهِ وَ أَلْبَسَهُ ثِيَابَهُ وَ أَرْكَبَهُ بَغْلَتَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ امْضِ يَا عَلِيُّ وَ جَبْرَئِيلُ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَ مِيكَائِيلُ عَنْ يَسَارِكَ وَ عِزْرَائِيلُ أَمَامَكَ وَ إِسْرَافِيلُ وَرَاءَكَ وَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَكَ وَ دُعَائِي خَلْفَكَ
وَ خَبَّرَ النَّبِيُّ ص رَمْيَهُ بَابَ خَيْبَرَ أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعاً فَقَالَ ص وَ الَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدْ أَعَانَهُ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعُونَ مَلَكاً.
(The book) ‘Al-Manaqib’ of Ibn Shehr Ashub – ‘Rasool-Allah-saww rode him-asws on the horse on the day of Khyber, and turbaned him-asws with his-saww own hands, and put his-saww cloth on him-asws, and rode him-asws upon his-saww mule, then said, ‘Go, O Ali-asws, and Jibraeel-as is on your-asws right and Mikaeel-as on your-asws left, and Izraeel-as (Angel of death) in front of you-asws, and Israfeel-as behind you-asws, and Victory of Allah-azwj above you-asws and my-saww supplication behind your-asws’. And the Prophet-saww was informed of his-asws throwing the door of Khyber to forty cubits, so he-saww said: ‘By the One-azwj in Whose Hand is my-saww soul! Forty Angels had assisted him-asws upon it’’. [13]
