Hadith 80

And the Seyyid Ibn Tawous said in the book ‘Al-Iqbal’, ‘It is reported that one should pray two units Salat on the 6th day of the month of Razam, and each unit with Al-Hamd once, and Surah Al Ikhlas twenty-five times, due to the reason of what is apparent from the rights of our master Al-Reza-asws in it’’. [103]
I say, ‘It is appropriate to perform this Salat in his-asws Holy Shrine after visiting him-asws’. And the Seyyid said as well in the book ‘Al-Iqbal’ – I saw in one of the books of the non-Arabs, may the Pleasure of Allah-azwj be upon them, it is recommended to visit our master Al-Reza-asws on the day of the 23rd of Zul Qadah, whether from near or far, with ones of his-asws well-known Ziyaraats, or with what would be like the Ziyarat from the reporters of that’ – end’’. [104]
I say, ‘And it has passed, the recommendation of it being in Rajab’. And I saw in one of the compilations of our companions who said, ‘It is mentioned in the book ‘Fasl Al Khitaab’, ‘From Al-Reza-asws, he-asws said: ‘One who undertakes a journey to visit me-asws, his supplication will be Answered and his sins will be Forgiven for him! The one who visits me in that spot would be like the one who visits Rasool-Allah-saww, and there shall be written for him Rewards of a thousand accomplished Hajj, and a thousand Accepted Umrah, and I-asws and my-asws forefathers-asws would be his intercessors on the Day of Qiyamah, and this spot is a Garden from the Gardens of Paradise, and an interchange of the Angels. A group will not cease to descend from the sky and a group ascending until the Trumpet will be blown into! ’’[105]
