كشف، كشف الغمة قَالَ الشَّيْخُ كَمَالُ الدِّينِ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ مَوْلِدُ الْحُجَّةِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ع بِسُرَّمَنْرَأَى فِي ثَالِثٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ رَمَضَانَ سَنَةَ ثَمَانٍ وَ خَمْسِينَ وَ مِائَتَيْنِ وَ أَبُوهُ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنُ وَ أُمُّهُ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ تُسَمَّى صَقِيلَ وَ قِيلَ حَكِيمَةَ وَ قِيلَ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ وَ كُنْيَتُهُ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ وَ لَقَبُهُ الْحُجَّةُ وَ الْخَلَفُ الصَّالِحُ وَ قِيلَ الْمُنْتَظَرُ.
(The book) ‘Kashf Al Ghumma’ – The Sheykh Kamal Al Deen Talha said, ‘To Al-Hassan-asws son-ajfj, the Divine Authority was blessed at Surmanray during the twenty-third of Ramazan in the year two hundred and fifty-eight, and his-ajfj father-asws is Abu Muhammad Al-Hassan-asws, and his-ajfj mother-asws is mother of the children called ‘Saqeyl’, and it is said, ‘(Syeda) Hakeema’, and it is said other than that, and his-ajfj teknonym is ‘Abu Al Qasim’, and his-ajfj title is ‘Al-Hujjah’, and ‘Al-Khalaf Al-Salih’, and it is said, ‘Al-Muntazar’’.
