أَقُولُ وَ رُوِيَ فِي كِتَابِ سُرُورِ أَهْلِ الْإِيمَانِ عَنِ السَّيِّدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: الْزَمِ الْأَرْضَ وَ لَا تُحَرِّكْ يَداً وَ لَا رِجْلًا حَتَّى تَرَى عَلَامَاتٍ أَذْكُرُهَا لَكَ وَ مَا أَرَاكَ تُدْرِكُ ذَلِكَ اخْتِلَافٌ بَيْنَ الْعِبَادِ وَ مُنَادٍ يُنَادِي مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَ خَسْفٌ فِي قَرْيَةٍ مِنْ قُرَى الشَّامِ بِالْجَابِيَةِ وَ نُزُولُ التُّرْكِ الْجَزِيرَةَ وَ نُزُولُ الرُّومِ الرَّمْلَةَ
وَ اخْتِلَافٌ كَثِيرٌ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي كُلِّ أَرْضٍ حَتَّى تَخْرَبَ الشَّامُ وَ يَكُونُ سَبَبُ ذَلِكَ اجْتِمَاعَ ثَلَاثِ رَايَاتٍ فِيهِ رَايَةِ الْأَصْهَبِ وَ رَايَةِ الْأَبْقَعِ وَ رَايَةِ السُّفْيَانِيِّ.
I (Majlisi) am saying, ‘And it is reported in ‘Kitab Surour Ahl Al Eman’, from the Seyyid Ali Bin abdul Hameed, by his chain from Jabir, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Stick to the ground (home) and neither move a hand nor a leg until you see the signs I-asws am mentioning to you, and I-asws don’t see you coming across that differing between the servants, and a caller will call out from the sky, and there would be a submergence in a town from the towns of Syria, Al-Jabiya, and the descend of Turks at the island, and descent of the Romans at Ramlah. And there would be a lot of differing during that in every land, until Syria is ruined, and the cause of that would be the gathering of three flags in it – the flag of the blonde, and the flag of the spotted, and flag of Al-Sufyani’’.
