Hadith 86
Bihar al-Anwar · Allamah al-Majlisi
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of the Sheykh Al Tusi – from Mujahid, from Ibn Umar who said, ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘Be in the world as if you are a stranger, or as if you are a passer-by, and count yourself among occupants of the graves’. Mujahid said, ‘And he-saww said to Abdullah Bin Umar: ‘And you, O Abdullah! When you come to a morning, do not discuss yourself in the morning, and when you come to an evening, do not discuss yourself in the evening, and take from your life for your death, and from your well-being for your illness, for you don’t know what your name will be tomorrow’’.
