wsy. I-asws saw my-asws grandfather-saww Rasool-Allah-saww and he-saww said: ‘O Musa-asws! You‑asws are imprisoned, oppressed! ’
I-asws said: ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allah-saww! He-saww said: ‘And I know, perhaps it is a Fitna for you and a provision up to a time’ [21: 111]. Wake up in the morning tomorrow fasting and follow it with (fasting) the Thursday and the Friday. When it will be after Al-Isha Salat on the night of Saturday, pray twelve Cycles Salat, reciting in each Cycle Surah Al Hamd, and Al Tawheed twelve times. When you-asws are free from the Salat, sit up after the Salaat and say, ‘O Allah-azwj! O Preceder to the lost, and O Listener to the voice, and O Reviver of the bones after the death and these have decayed! I ask You-azwj by Your-azwj Magnificent Name, the most Magnificent, the most Magnificent, to Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws, Your-azwj servant and Your-azwj Rasool‑saww, and upon the Progeny-asws of his-saww Household, the pure, and Hasten the relief for me, from what predicament I am with, and Connect with his-saww freedom, O Lord-azwj of the worlds! ’
I said that, and it happened what you see! ’’[108]

He-asws said to him: ‘When it will be the day of Thursday after the mid morning, bathe and go to your prayer mat and pray four Cycles Salat, reciting in each Cycle Surah Al Fatiha, and ten times Surah Al Qadr. When you have performed Salaam, you should say one hundred times, ‘O Allah-azwj! Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and Progeny-asws of Muhammad-saww! Then raise your hands towards the sky and say, ‘O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! ten times. Then move your index fingers and say, ‘O Lord-azwj! O Lord-azwj! ’, until the breath is cut. Then extend your hands towards your face and say, ‘O Allah-azwj! O Allah-azwj! ’, ten times.
