فس، تفسير القمي إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَ الْإِحْسانِ وَ إِيتاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبى وَ يَنْهى عَنِ الْفَحْشاءِ وَ الْمُنْكَرِ وَ الْبَغْيِ قَالَ الْعَدْلُ شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَ الْإِحْسَانُ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع وَ الْفَحْشَاءُ وَ الْمُنْكَرُ وَ الْبَغْيُ فُلَانٌ وَ فُلَانٌ وَ فُلَانٌ.
Tafseer Al-Qummi – Surely Allah Commands with the justice, and the kindness, and giving to the near of kin, and Forbids from the immoralities, and the evil, and the tyranny. [16: 90]. He said, ‘The ‘justice’ is the testimony that there is no god except Allah-azwj and that Muhammad-saww is Rasool-Allah-saww, and the ‘Kindness’ is Amir Al-Momineen-asws, and the ‘immoralities’ and the ‘evil’, and the ‘tyranny’ are so and so (Abu Bakr), and so and so (Umar), and so and so (Usman)’’. [249]
