مْ يَوْمَئِذٍ دُبُرَهُ إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفاً لِقِتالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزاً إِلى فِئَةٍ فَقَدْ باءَ بِغَضَبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَ مَأْواهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَ بِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
وَ أَكْلُ الرِّبَا لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّبا لا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَما يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطانُ مِنَ الْمَسِ
وَ السِّحْرُ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ وَ لَقَدْ عَلِمُوا لَمَنِ اشْتَراهُ ما لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلاقٍ
وَ الزِّنَا لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ وَ مَنْ يَفْعَلْ ذلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثاماً يُضاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيامَةِ وَ يَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهاناً إِلَّا مَنْ تابَ
وَ الْيَمِينُ الْغَمُوسُ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَ أَيْمانِهِمْ ثَمَناً قَلِيلًا أُولئِكَ لا خَلاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ
وَ الْغُلُولُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ وَ مَنْ يَغْلُلْ يَأْتِ بِما غَلَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيامَةِ
وَ مَنْعُ الزَّكَاةِ الْمَفْرُوضَةِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ فَتُكْوى بِها جِباهُهُمْ وَ جُنُوبُهُمْ
وَ شَهَادَةُ الزُّورِ وَ كِتْمَانُ الشَّهَادَةِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ وَ مَنْ يَكْتُمْها فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ
وَ شُرْبُ الْخَمْرِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ عَدَلَ بِهَا عِبَادَةَ الْأَوْثَانِ
وَ تَرْكُ الصَّلَاةِ مُتَعَمِّداً لِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ مُتَعَمِّداً فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِنْ ذِمَّةِ اللَّهِ وَ ذِمَّةِ رَسُولِهِ
وَ نَقْضُ الْعَهْدِ وَ قَطِيعَةُ الرَّحِمِ لِأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ أُولئِكَ لَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ الدَّارِ
فَخَرَجَ عَمْرٌو وَ لَهُ صُرَاخٌ مِنْ بُكَائِهِ وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ هَلَكَ مَنْ قَالَ بِرَأْيِهِ وَ نَازَعَكُمْ فِي الْفَضْلِ وَ الْعِلْمِ.
battle or retreating to a group – so he has incurred Wrath from Allah, and his abode is Hell, and the destination is evil [8: 16]. And consuming the interest, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: Those who are consuming the interest are not standing except as the standing of the one whom the Satan has confused him from the craze [2: 275]. And the sorcery, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: And they had taught to the one who acquired it (sorcery), there would be no share for him in the Hereafter [2: 102]. And the adultery, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: And one who does that, indulges in sin [25: 68] The Punishment would be doubled for him on the Day of Judgment, and he would be therein eternally in disgrace [25: 69] Except one who repents, [25: 70]. And the oath immersed (in sin), because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: Those who are taking for the Covenant of Allah and their own oaths, a small price – there shall be no portion for them in the Hereafter [3: 77]. And the embezzlement, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic is Saying: and the one who embezzles will bring what he had embezzled with him on the Day of Qiyamah [3: 161]. And preventing (refusing to pay) the Zakat, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: then their foreheads and their sides and their backs shall be branded with it [9: 35]. And the false testimony and concealing the testimony, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: and the one who conceals it, so he is of a sinful heart [2: 283]. And drinking the wine, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic has Equated with it worshipping the idols. (p. s. see 5: 90)
And neglecting the Salat deliberately, because Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘One who neglects the Salat deliberately so he is disavowed from Responsibility of Allah-azwj and responsibility of His‑azwj Rasool-saww. And breaking the agreement, and cutting off the kinship, because Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic Says: They, for them is the Curse and for them would be the evil abode [13: 25]’. Amro went out, and for him were shrieks from his crying, and he was saying, ‘Destroyed is the one who speaks by his opinion and disputes with you (Imams-asws) regarding the merit and the knowledge! ’’[7]
