اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ وَأَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِنَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وآله. يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَا إِمَامَ الرَّحْمَةِ يَا سَيِّدَنَا وَمَوْلاَنَا إِنَّا تَوَجَّهْنَا وَاسْتَشْفَعْنَا وَتَوَسَّلْنَا بِكَ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَقَدَّمْنَاكَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَاجَاتِنَا يَا وَجِيهاً عِنْدَ اللَّهِ اشْفَعْ لَنَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ. يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَا عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ يَا حُجَّةَ اللَّهِ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ يَا سَيِّدَنَا وَمَوْلاَنَا إِنَّا تَوَجَّهْنَا وَاسْتَشْفَعْنَا وَتَوَسَّلْنَا بِكَ إِلَى اللَّهِ. يَا فَاطِمَةُ الزَّهْرَاءُ يَا بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ الرَّسُولِ يَا سَيِّدَتَنَا وَمَوْلاَتَنَا إِنَّا تَوَجَّهْنَا وَاسْتَشْفَعْنَا وَتَوَسَّلْنَا بِكِ إِلَى اللَّهِ.
O God, I ask You and turn to You through Your Prophet, the Prophet of mercy, Muhammad — peace be upon him. O Abu'l-Qasim, O Messenger of God, O Imam of mercy, O our Master and Patron, we have turned to You, sought intercession and addressed ourselves through you to God. We have placed you before our needs. O you who has standing with God, intercede for us with God. O Commander of the Faithful, O Ali son of Abu Talib, O proof of God over His creation, O our Master and Patron, we have turned, sought intercession and addressed ourselves through you to God. O Fatima al-Zahra, O daughter of Muhammad, O delight of the eyes of the Messenger, O our Lady and Patron, we have turned, sought intercession and addressed ourselves through you to God.
