وَ عَلى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهارِ وَ يُولِجُ النَّهارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ أَلا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ مُجِيبُ الدُّعَاءِ وَ مُجْزِلُ الْعَطَاءِ مُحْصِي الْأَنْفَاسِ وَ رَبُّ الْجِنَّةِ
وَ النَّاسِ لَا يُشْكِلُ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَ لَا يُضْجِرُهُ صُرَاخُ الْمُسْتَصْرِخِينَ وَ لَا يُبْرِمُهُ إِلْحَاحُ الْمُلِحِّينَ الْعَاصِمُ لِلصَّالِحِينَ وَ الْمُوَفِّقُ لِلْمُفْلِحِينَ وَ مَوْلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ الَّذِي اسْتَحَقَّ مِنْ كُلِّ مَنْ خَلَقَ أَنْ يَشْكُرَهُ وَ يَحْمَدَهُ عَلَى السَّرَّاءِ وَ الضَّرَّاءِ وَ الشِّدَّةِ وَ الرَّخَاءِ
أُومِنُ بِهِ وَ بِمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَ كُتُبِهِ وَ رُسُلِهِ أَسْمَعُ أَمْرَهُ وَ أُطِيعُ وَ أُبَادِرُ إِلَى كُلِّ مَا يَرْضَاهُ وَ أَسْتَسْلِمُ لِمَا قَضَاهُ رَغْبَةً فِي طَاعَتِهِ وَ خَوْفاً مِنْ عُقُوبَتِهِ لِأَنَّهُ اللَّهُ الَّذِي لَا يُؤْمَنُ مَكْرُهُ وَ لَا يُخَافُ جَوْرُهُ
أُقِرُّ لَهُ عَلَى نَفْسِي بِالْعُبُودِيَّةِ وَ أُشْهِدُ لَهُ بِالرُّبُوبِيَّةِ وَ أُؤَدِّي مَا أَوْحَى إِلَيَّ حَذَراً مِنْ أَنْ لَا أَفْعَلَ فَتَحِلَّ بِي مِنْهُ قَارِعَةٌ لَا يَدْفَعُهَا عَنِّي أَحَدٌ وَ إِنْ عَظُمَتْ حِيلَتُهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ أَعْلَمَنِي أَنِّي إِنْ لَمْ أُبَلِّغْ مَا أَنْزَلَ إِلَيَّ فَمَا بَلَّغْتُ رِسَالَتَهُ وَ قَدْ ضَمِنَ لِي تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى الْعِصْمَةَ وَ هُوَ اللَّهُ الْكَافِي الْكَرِيمُ
فَأَوْحَى إِلَيَّ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ يا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ ما أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَ إِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَما بَلَّغْتَ رِسالَتَهُ وَ اللَّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ مَا قَصَّرْتُ فِي تَبْلِيغِ مَا أَنْزَلَهُ إِلَيَّ وَ أَنَا مُبَيِّنٌ لَكُمْ سَبَبَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ إِنَّ جَبْرَئِيلَ هَبَطَ إِلَيَّ مِرَاراً ثَلَاثاً يَأْمُرُنِي عَنِ السَّلَامِ رَبِّي وَ هُوَ السَّلَامُ أَنْ أَقُومَ فِي هَذَا الْمَشْهَدِ فَأُعْلِمَ كُلَّ أَبْيَضَ وَ أَسْوَدَ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخِي وَ وَصِيِّي وَ خَلِيفَتِي وَ الْإِمَامُ مِنْ بَعْدِي
الَّذِي مَحَلُّهُ مِنِّي مَحَلُّ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي وَ هُوَ وَلِيُّكُمْ بَعْدَ اللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ وَ قَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى عَلَيَّ بِذَلِكَ آيَةً مِنْ كِتَابِهِ إِنَّما وَلِيُّكُمُ اللَّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ وَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ وَ يُؤْتُونَ الزَّكاةَ وَ هُمْ راكِعُونَ
وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَ آتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَ هُوَ رَاكِعٌ يُرِيدُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي كُلِّ حَالٍ وَ سَأَلْتُ جَبْرَئِيلَ أَنْ يَسْتَعْفِيَ لِي عَنْ تَبْلِيغِ ذَلِكَ إِلَيْكُمْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لِعِلْمِي بِقِلَّةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ كَثْرَةِ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَ أَدْغَالِ الْآثِ
He-azwj be rebuked by a shouts of the shouters, nor does He-azwj Conclude by the pressure of the pressurisers. The Protector of the righteous, and the Harmoniser of the successful ones, and Master of the Momineen, and Lord-azwj of the world Who is deserving from all the ones He-azwj Created that they thank Him-azwj and praise Him-azwj upon the happiness and the harm, and the difficulties and the prosperity. I-saww believe in Him-azwj, and in His-azwj Angels, and His-azwj books, and His-azwj Rasools-as. I-saww hear His-azwj Commands and obey, and I-saww rush to all what Pleases Him-azwj, and I-saww submit to whatever He-azwj Decrees, behind desirous in obeying Him-azwj, and fearing from His-azwj Punishment, because Allah-azwj is the One-azwj Who there is no safety from His-azwj Plan, nor any fear of His-azwj tyranny. I-saww acknowledge to Him-azwj upon myself-saww with the servitude, and I-saww testiful for Him-azwj with the Lordship, and I-saww fulfil whatever is Revealed to me-saww being a warning from not doing so, so a Punishment might be released from Him-azwj which no one could dispel it away from me-saww, and the mightiest of its means is that there is no god except He-azwj, because He-azwj has let me-saww know that if I-saww do not deliver what is Revealed to me-saww, then I-saww would have delivered His-azwj Message, and the Blessed and Exalted has Guaranteed to me-saww the Protection, and He-azwj is Allah-azwj, the Sufficient, the Benevolent. He-azwj Revealed to me-saww: “In the Name of Allah-azwj the Beneficent, the Merciful. O you Rasool! Deliver what has been Revealed unto you from your Lord; and if you don’t do so, then you have not delivered His Message, and Allah will Protect you from the people [5: 67]”. Community of people! I-saww have not been deficient in the delivery of He-azwj Revealed to me-saww, and I-saww am an explainer to you all, and means of this Verse. Jibraeel-as descended to me-saww three times, instructing me-saww about the Greetings from my-saww Lord, and He-azwj is the ‘Salaam’ (Guarantor of safety), that I-saww should stand in this place and let every white and black know that Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws is my-saww brother-asws, and my-saww successor-asws and my-saww caliph, and the Imam-asws from after me-saww. He-asws is the one whose place from me-saww is the place of Haroun-as from Musa-as except that is no Prophet-as after me-saww, and he-asws is your guardian after Allah-azwj and His-azwj Rasool-saww, and Allah-azwj Blessed and Exalted has Revealed to me-saww with that, a Verse from His-azwj Book: But rather, your Guardian is Allah, and His Rasool, and those who are believing, those who are establishing the Salat and are giving the Zakat while they are performing Ruku [5: 55]. And Ali-asws Bin Abu Talib-asws established the Salat and gave the Zakat while he-asws was performing Ruk’u, intending Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic in every state. And I-saww asked Jibraeel-as he-as could fulfil for me-saww of delivering that to you all. O you people! It is my-saww know with the scarcity of the Momineen and numerousness of the hypocrites, and the bites of the sinners, and deceitfulness of the mocking ones with. Those, Allah-azwj has Described them in His-azwj Book, They are saying with their tongues what isn’t in their hearts.
