عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ التَّمْرِ وَ الزَّبِيبِ يُطْبَخَانِ لِلنَّبِيذِ فَقَالَ لَا وَ قَالَ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) كُلُّ مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ وَ قَالَ لَا يَصْلُحُ فِي النَّبِيذِ الْخَمِيرَةُ وَ هِيَ الْعَكَرَةُ.
