ع، علل الشرائع ابْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَا مَرَّ بِالنَّبِيِّ ص يَوْمٌ كَانَ أَشَدَّ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ يَوْمِ خَيْبَرَ وَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْعَرَبَ تَبَاغَتْ عَلَيْهِ. الأظهر أنه كان يوم حنين كما في بعض النسخ أو يوم الأحزاب.
(The book) ‘IllAl-Al-Sharaie’ – Ibn Al-Waleed, from Al-Saffar, from Ibn Marouf, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al-Hajjaj, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘There did not pass any day with the Prophet-saww which was more severe upon him-saww than the day of Khyber and that was because the Arabs surprised upon him-saww’’. Note – It appears that it was the day of Hunayn just as is in one of the copies, or the day of Al-Ahzaab’’. [11]
