فس، تفسير القمي سَتَجِدُونَ آخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَأْمَنُوكُمْ الْآيَةَ نَزَلَتْ فِي عُيَيْنَةَ بْنِ حِصْنٍ الْفَزَارِيِّ أَجْدَبَتْ بِلَادُهُمْ فَجَاءَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص وَ وَادَعَهُ عَلَى أَنْ يُقِيمَ بِبَطْنِ نَخْلٍ وَ لَا يَتَعَرَّضَ لَهُ وَ كَانَ مُنَافِقاً مَلْعُوناً وَ هُوَ الَّذِي سَمَّاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص الْأَحْمَقَ الْمُطَاعَ فِي قَوْمِهِ.
Tafseer Al Qummi – You will be finding others wanting to be safe from you [4: 91] – the Verse. It was Revealed regarding Uyayna Bin Hisn al Fazary. Their cities had drought so he came to Rasool-Allah-saww and called him-saww upon that he would stay at the bottom of the palm tree and not exposed (danger) to him-saww; and he was a hypocrite, an accursed, and he is the whom Rasool-Allah-saww named him as ‘the obedient fool in his community’’.
