مع، معاني الأخبار مَاجِيلَوَيْهِ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَنِ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الْحَرِيرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَزَوَّرِ عَنِ ابْنِ نُبَاتَةَ قَالَ: لَمَّا أَقْبَلَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع مِنَ الْبَصْرَةِ تَلَقَّاهُ أَشْرَافُ النَّاسِ فَهَنَّوْهُ وَ قَالُوا إِنَّا نَرْجُو أَنْ يَكُونَ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ فِيكُمْ وَ لَا يُنَازِعَكُمْ فِيهِ أَحَدٌ أَبَداً فَقَالَ هَيْهَاتَ
فِي كَلَامٍ لَهُ أَنَّى ذَلِكَ وَ لِمَا تَرْمُونَ بِالصَّلْعَاءِ قَالُوا يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ مَا الصَّلْعَاءُ قَالَ يُؤْخَذُ أَمْوَالُكُمْ قَهْراً فَلَا تَمْنَعُونَ [فَلَا تَمْتَنِعُونَ].
(The book) ‘Ma’ani Al Akhbaar’ – Majaylawiya, from his uncle, from Al Kufi, from Sufyan Al Hareeri, from Ali Bin Al Hazawar, from Ibn Nubata who said, ‘When Amir Al-Momineen-asws came back from Al-Basra, the nobles of the people received him-asws. They welcomed him-asws and said, ‘We are hoping that this command would be among you (clan of Hashim-as) and no one would contend you-asws regarding it, ever! ’ He-asws said: ‘Far be it! ’
In a speech of his-asws: ‘That is for the time being, and when you would be blaming ‘Al-Sal’a! ’ They said, ‘O Amir Al-Momineen-asws! And what is ‘Al-Sal’a’? ’ He-asws said: ‘Your wealth would be seized forcefully, so you will not be preventing’’. [53]
