يب، تهذيب الأحكام الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِنَّ عَلِيّاً ع كَانَ فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ فَقَرَأَ ابْنُ الْكَوَّاءِ وَ هُوَ خَلْفَهُ وَ لَقَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ وَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنَّ عَمَلُكَ وَ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخاسِرِينَ
فَأَنْصَتَ عَلِيٌّ ع تَعْظِيماً لِلْقُرْآنِ حَتَّى فَرَغَ مِنَ الْآيَةِ ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قِرَاءَتِهِ ثُمَّ أَعَادَ ابْنُ الْكَوَّاءِ الْآيَةَ فَأَنْصَتَ عَلِيٌّ أَيْضاً ثُمَّ قَرَأَ فَأَعَادَ ابْنُ الْكَوَّاءِ فَأَنْصَتَ عَلِيٌّ ثُمَّ قَالَ فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَ لا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لا يُوقِنُونَ ثُمَّ أَتَمَّ السُّورَةَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ.
(The book) ‘Tehzeeb Al Ahkam’ – Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Muawiiya Bin Wahab, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘Ali-asws was in the morning Salat and Ibn Al-Kawa recited, and he was behind him-asws: ‘And it has been Revealed to you (people) and to those from before you, if you (people) were to associate, your deeds would be Confiscated and you would happen to be from the losers [39: 65]’. Ali-asws listened in reverence to the Quran until he was free from the Verse. Then he-asws returned in his-asws recitation. Then Ibn Al-Kawa repeated the Verse. Ali-asws listened as well. Then he-asws recited, so Ibn Al-Kawa repeated. Ali-asws listened, then said: So be patient, surely the Promise of Allah is True, and do not let those who are not convinced hold you in light estimation [30: 60]’. Then he-asws completed the Chapter, then performed Ruku’u’’. [125]
