ب، قرب الإسناد أَبُو الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ ع عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ: لَمَّا هَزَمَنَا عَلِيٌّ بِالْبَصْرَةِ رَدَّ عَلَى النَّاسِ أَمْوَالَهُمْ مَنْ أَقَامَ بَيِّنَةً أَعْطَاهُ وَ مَنْ لَمْ يُقِمْ بَيِّنَةً عَلَى ذَلِكَ حَلَّفَهُ
فَقَالَ لَهُ قَائِلُونَ يَا عَلِيُّ اقْسِمِ الْفَيْءَ بَيْنَنَا وَ السَّبْيَ قَالَ فَلَمَّا كَثُرُوا عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْخُذُ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي سَهْمِهِ فَسَكَتُوا.
(The book) ‘Qurb al Asnad – Abu Al Bakhtari, ‘Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, from his-asws father-asws, from his-asws grandgather-asws, from Marwan Bin Al-Hakam who said, ‘When Ali-asws defeated us at Al-Basra, he-asws returned to the people, their wealth. One who established proof, he-asws gave it to him, and one who did not establish proof upon that, he-asws made him swear an oath. The speakers said to him-asws, ‘O Ali-asws! Distribute the booty and the captives between us’. When they insisted a lot upon him-asws, he-asws said: ‘Which one of you would take mother of the believers (Ayesha) in his share? ’ So, they became silent’’. [134]
