ِ وَ أَمِينُهُ فِي سِرِّهِ وَ عَلَانِيَتِهِ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ قَدْ بَيَّنْتُ لَكُمْ وَ أَفْهَمْتُكُمْ وَ هَذَا عَلِيٌّ يُفْهِمُكُمْ بَعْدِي أَلَا وَ إِنَّ عِنْدَ انْقِضَاءِ خُطْبَتِي أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى مُصَافَقَتِي عَلَى بَيْعَتِهِ وَ الْإِقْرَارِ بِهِ ثُمَّ مُصَافَقَتِهِ بَعْدِي أَلَا إِنِّي قَدْ بَايَعْتُ اللَّهَ وَ عَلِيٌّ قَدْ بَايَعَنِي وَ أَنَا آخِذُكُمْ بِالْبَيْعَةِ لَهُ عَنِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ فَمَنْ نَكَثَ فَإِنَّما يَنْكُثُ عَلى نَفْسِهِ الْآيَةَ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ الْحَجَّ وَ الْعُمْرَةَ مِنْ شَعائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَ الْآيَةَ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ حُجُّوا الْبَيْتَ فَمَا وَرَدَهُ أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ إِلَّا اسْتَغْنَوْا وَ لَا تَخَلَّفُوا عَنْهُ إِلَّا افْتَقَرُوا
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ مَا وَقَفَ بِالْمَوْقِفِ مُؤْمِنٌ إِلَّا غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مَا سَلَفَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ إِلَى وَقْتِهِ ذَلِكَ فَإِذَا انْقَضَتْ حَجُّهُ اسْتُونِفَ عَلَيْهِ عَمَلُهُ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ الْحُجَّاجُ مُعَانُونَ وَ نَفَقَاتُهُمْ مُخَلَّفَةٌ وَ اللَّهُ لا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ حُجُّوا الْبَيْتَ بِكَمَالِ الدِّينِ وَ التَّفَقُّهِ وَ لَا تَنْصَرِفُوا عَنِ الْمَشَاهِدِ إِلَّا بِتَوْبَةٍ وَ إِقْلَاعٍ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ أَقِيمُوا الصَّلاةَ وَ آتُوا الزَّكاةَ كَمَا أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَئِنْ طَالَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْأَمَدُ فَقَصَّرْتُمْ أَوْ نَسِيتُمْ فَعَلِيٌّ وَلِيُّكُمْ وَ يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ الَّذِي نَصَبَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ بَعْدِي وَ مَنْ خَلَقَهُ اللَّهُ مِنِّي وَ أَنَا مِنْهُ يُخْبِرُكُمْ بِمَا تَسْأَلُونَ عَنْهُ وَ يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
أَلَا إِنَّ الْحَلَالَ وَ الْحَرَامَ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ أَنْ أُحْصِيَهُمَا وَ أُعَرِّفَهُمَا فَآمُرَ بِالْحَلَالِ وَ أَنْهَى عَنِ الْحَرَامِ فِي مَقَامٍ وَاحِدٍ فَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ آخُذَ الْبَيْعَةَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَ الصَّفْقَةَ لَكُمْ بِقَبُولِ مَا جِئْتُ بِهِ عَنِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي عَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ الْأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ الَّذِينَ هُمْ مِنِّي وَ مِنْهُ أَئِمَّةٌ قَائِمُهُمْ فِيهِمُ الْمَهْدِيُّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ الَّذِي يَقْضِي بِالْحَقِّ
مَعَاشِرَ النَّاسِ وَ كُلُّ حَلَالٍ دَلَلْتُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَ كُلُّ حَرَامٍ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْهُ فَإِنِّي لَمْ أَرْجِعْ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَ لَمْ أُبَدِّلْ أَلَا فَاذْكُرُوا ذَلِكَ وَ احْفَظُوهُ وَ تَوَاصَوْا بِهِ وَ لَا تُبَدِّلُوهُ وَ لَا تُغَيِّرُوهُ أَلَا وَ إِنِّي أُجَدِّدُ الْقَوْلَ أَلَا فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلاةَ وَ آتُوا الزَّكاةَ وَ أْمُرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَ انْهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
أَلَا وَ إِنَّ رَأْسَ الْأَمْرِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَنْ تَنْتَهُوا إِلَى قَوْلِي وَ تُبَلِّغُوهُ مَنْ لَمْ يَحْضُرْهُ تَأْمُرُوهُ بِقَبُولِهِ وَ تَنْهَوْهُ عَنْ مُخَالَفَتِهِ فَإِنَّهُ أ
r any right except with him-asws, nor any Noor except with him-asws. Indeed! Surely, there will be no one prevailing over him-asws, nor any helper against him-asws. Indeed! And he-asws is the guardian of Allah-azwj is His-azwj earth, and His-azwj ruler among His-azwj creatures, and His-azwj trustees in secret and openly. (O) Community of people! I-saww have explained to you all and made you understanding, and this is Ali-asws, he-asws will make you understand after me-saww. Indeed! And at the termination of my-saww address, I-saww am calling you all to take my-saww hand upon his-asws allegiance, and the acknowledgment with him-asws. Then take his-asws hand after me-saww. Indeed! I-saww have pledged to Allah-azwj, and Ali-asws has pledged to me-saww, and I-saww am taking you all with the allegiance to him-asws, from Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic: So the one who breaks, is rather breaking against himself, [48: 10] – the Verse. (O) Community of people! The Hajj and the Umrah, are among the Rituals of Allah; so whoever performs Hajj of the House or Umrah, [2: 158] – the Verse. (O) Community of the people! Perform Hajj of the House. You will not refer to People-asws of the House, except you will become needless, nor stay behind from him-asws except you will divide. (O) Community of the people! No Momin will pause at the pausing station except Allah-azwj will Forgive for him whatever had passed from his sins up to that time of his. So, when his Hajj is fulfilled, his deeds can be resumed (anew) for him. (O) Community of people! The pilgrims are meant and their expenses are different, and Allah-azwj will not Waste the Recompense of the good-doers. (O) Community of people! Perform Hall of the House with perfection of the religion and the understanding, and do not leave from the Monuments except with repentance and neglecting (sins). (O) Community of people! Establish the Salat and give the Zakat, like what Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic has Commanded you all, even if the period is prolonged upon you. So, if you were to shorten or forgotten, so Ali-asws is your guardian, and he-asws will clarify to you all, the one Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic has Nominated him-asws after me-saww, and one-asws whom Allah-azwj has Created him-asws from me-saww, and I-saww am from him-asws. He-asws will inform you with whatever you asked him-asws about, and he-asws will explain to you what you are not knowing. Indeed! The Permissible(s) and the Prohibitions are more than I-saww can count and introduce. So, I-saww have instructed with the Permissible(s), and prohibited from the Prohibition in one place, so I-saww have ordered to take the allegiance upon you all, and the taking with the hands for you with accepting what I-saww have come with from Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic regarding Ali Amir Al-Momineen-asws, and the Imams-asws from after him-asws, those, they-asws are from me-saww and from him-asws are the Imams-asws. Their-asws Qaim-asws among them-asws is Al-Mahdi-asws up to the Day of Qiyamah, the one-asws who will judge with the truth. (O) Community of people! And every Permissible, I-saww have pointed you all upon it, and every Prohibition, I-saww have forbidden you all from it. I-saww have not retracted from that and did not change. Indeed! Recall that and preserve it and instructed with it and do not replace it nor change it. Indeed! And I-saww am renewing the word. Indeed! Establish the S
