ك، إكمال الدين أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الْقُمِّيِّ قَالَ لَمَّا وُلِدَ الْخَلَفُ الصَّالِحُ ع وَرَدَ مِنْ مَوْلَانَا أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَى جَدِّي أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ كِتَابٌ وَ إِذَا فِيهِ مَكْتُوبٌ بِخَطِّ يَدِهِ ع الَّذِي كَانَ يَرِدُ بِهِ التَّوْقِيعَاتُ عَلَيْهِ وُلِدَ الْمَوْلُودُ فَلْيَكُنْ عِنْدَكَ مَسْتُوراً وَ عَنْ جَمِيعِ النَّاسِ مَكْتُوماً فَإِنَّا لَمْ نُظْهِرْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا الْأَقْرَبَ لِقَرَابَتِهِ وَ الْمَوْلَى لِوَلَايَتِهِ أَحْبَبْنَا إِعْلَامَكَ لِيَسُرَّكَ اللَّهُ بِهِ كَمَا سَرَّنَا وَ السَّلَامُ.
(The book) ‘Ikmal Al Deen’ – Abu Al Abbas Ahmad Bin Abdullah Bin Mihran, from Ahmad Bin Al-Hassan Bin Is’haq Al Qummi who said, ‘When the righteous replacement (Imam-ajfj) was blessed (to his-ajfj parents-asws), a letter arrived from our Master-asws Abu Muhammad Al-Hassan-asws Bin Ali-asws to my grandfather Ahmad Bin Is’haq, and therein was written in his-asws handwriting: ‘The one the signed letters would be referring with to him-ajfj has been newly arrived, so let the writing be concealed with you and from entirety of the people, for we-asws are not revealing upon it except to his-ajfj near relatives, and the friend of his-ajfj Wilayah. We-asws loved to let you know for Allah-azwj to Cheer you with it, just as we-asws are cheered. And the greetings! ’’[22]
