ْهِ مِنَ الْمَجْدِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْحَلِيمِ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ. عُوذَةُ يَوْمِ الْإِثْنَيْنِ وَ هِيَ مِنْ عُوَذِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ أُعِيذُ نَفْسِي بِرَبِّيَ الْأَكْرَمِ مِمَّا يَخْفَى وَ مَا يَظْهَرُ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ أُنْثَى وَ ذَكَرٍ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا رَأَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَ الْقَمَرُ قُدُّوسٌ قُدُّوسٌ رَبُّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ الرُّوحِ
أَدْعُوكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْجِنُّ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ سَامِعِينَ مُطِيعِينَ وَ أَدْعُوكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْإِنْسُ إِلَى اللَّطِيفِ الْخَبِيرِ وَ أَدْعُوكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْجِنُّ وَ الْإِنْسُ إِلَى الَّذِي خَتَمْتُهُ بِخَاتَمِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ وَ خَاتَمِ جَبْرَئِيلَ وَ مِيكَائِيلَ وَ إِسْرَافِيلَ وَ خَاتَمِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ ع- وَ خَاتَمِ مُحَمَّدٍ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَ النَّبِيِّينَ
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ أجر [أَخِّرْ] عَنْ فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ كُلَّ مَا يَغْدُو وَ يَرُوحُ مِنْ ذِي سَمِّ حَيَّةٍ أَوْ عَقْرَبٍ أَوْ سَاحِرٍ أَوْ شَيْطَانٍ رَجِيمٍ أَوْ سُلْطَانٍ عَنِيدٍ أَخَذْتُ عَنْهُ مَا يُرَى وَ مَا لَا يُرَى وَ مَا رَأَتْ عَيْنُ نَائِمٍ أَوْ يَقْظَانَ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ اللَّطِيفِ الْخَبِيرِ
لَا سُلْطَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً. الطب، طب الأئمة عليهم السلام عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع عُوذَةُ يَوْمِ الْإِثْنَيْنِ الْبَسْمَلَةُ أُعِيذُ فُلَانَ بْنَ فُلَانَةَ بِرَبِّيَ الْأَكْبَرِ.
Praise in entirety of what is extolled upon Him-azwj of the Glory! Glorious is Allah-azwj the Forbearing! And May Allah-azwj Send Salawaat upon Muhammad-saww and his-saww Pure Progeny-asws! ’’[32]
And amulet (Taweez) on the day of Monday, and it is an amulet of Abu Ja’far-asws – ‘In the Name of Allah-azwj the Beneficent, the Merciful! I seek Refuge for myself with my Lord-azwj the most Benevolent, from what is hidden, and what is apparent, and from evil of every female and male, and from evil of what the suns and the moon see! Holy! Holy is Lord-azwj of the Angels and Spirit! I call you all, O Jinn, if you are listening, obedient, and I call you all, O human being, to the Subtle, the Informed, and I call you all, O Jinn and the humans, to the one whose seal is Seal of Lord-azwj of the worlds, and seal of Jibraeel-as and Mikaeel-as and Israfeel-as, and seal of Suleyman-as Bin Dawood-as, and seal of Muhammad-azwj Chief of the Messengers-as and the Prophets-as! May Allah-azwj Send Salawaat upon him-saww and upon them-asws, and Shelter so and so, son of so and so all what comes and goes from ones with poison, be it a snake, or scorpion, or sorcerer, or Pelted Satan-la, or obstinate ruler! Seize from him what is seen and what is not seen, and a sleeping eye sees, or wakeful one, by the Permission Allah-azwj, the Subtle, the Informed! There is no authority for you all upon Allah-azwj, there being no associate for Him-azwj, and may Allah-azwj Send Salawaat upon His-azwj Rasool-saww, our Chief Muhammad-saww the Prophet-saww, and his-saww Pure Progeny-asws and abundant Greetings! ’’[33]
(The book) ‘Tibb Al-Aimma-asws’, may the greetings be upon them-asws, from Al-Sadiq-asws: ‘I seek Refuge on the day of Monday, with ‘Bismillah’! I seek Refuge for so and so, son of so and so, with my Lord-azwj the Greatest! ’’[34]
