لي، الأمالي للصدوق أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ عَمْرٍو الشَّامِيِّ عَنِ الصَّادِقِ ع قَالَ: إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ اثْنا عَشَرَ شَهْراً فِي كِتابِ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضَ فَغُرَّةُ الشُّهُورِ شَهْرُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ هُوَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ وَ قَلْبُ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ وَ نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ فِي أَوَّلِ لَيْلَةٍ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَاسْتَقْبِلِ الشَّهْرَ بِالْقُرْآنِ.
(The book) ‘Al Amaali’ of Al Sadouq – Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from his grandfather, from Ibn Al Mugheira, from Amro Al Shamy, ‘From Al-Sadiq-asws having said: ‘Surely, the number of months in the Presence of Allah is twelve months in the Book of Allah, the day He Created the skies and the earth [9: 36]. The most distinguished of the months is the month of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic, and it is a month of Ramazan, and heart of a month of Ramazan is Laylat Al-Qadr, and the Quran was Sent down in beginning of a night of a month of Ramazan, therefore receive the month with the Quran’’. [28]
