5044 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "يُضْرَبُ عُنُقُهُ" أَوْ قَالَ "رَقَبَتُهُ".
