قبس، قبس المصباح أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ الصَّدُوقُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ النَّجَاشِيُّ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِابْنِ الْكُوفِيِّ بِبَغْدَادَ فِي آخِرِ شَهْرِ رَبِيعٍ الْأَوَّلِ سَنَةَ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَ أَرْبَعِينَ وَ أَرْبَعِمِائَةٍ وَ كَانَ شَيْخاً بَهِيّاً ثِقَةً صَدُوقَ اللِّسَانِ عِنْدَ الْمُوَافِقِ وَ الْمُخَالِفِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَ أَرْضَاهُ
قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ قَالَ حَكَى لِي أَبُو الْوَفَاءِ الشِّيرَازِيُّ وَ كَانَ صَدِيقاً لِي أَنَّهُ قَبَضَ عَلَيْهِ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ إِلْيَاسُ صَاحِبُ كِرْمَانَ قَالَ فَقَيَّدَنِي وَ كَانَ الْمُوَكِّلُونَ بِي يَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُ قَدْ هَمَّ فِيكَ بِمَكْرُوهٍ فَقَلِقْتُ لِذَلِكَ وَ جَعَلْتُ أُنَاجِي اللَّهَ تَعَالَى بِالْأَئِمَّةِ ع
فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ الْجُمُعَةِ وَ فَرَغْتُ مِنْ صَلَاتِي نِمْتُ فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ص فِي نَوْمِي وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ لَا تَتَوَسَّلْ بِي وَ لَا بِابْنَيَّ لِشَيْءٍ مِنْ أَعْرَاضِ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا لِمَا تَبْتَغِيهِ مِنْ طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَ رِضْوَانِهِ وَ أَمَّا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَخِي فَإِنَّهُ يَنْتَقِمُ لَكَ مِمَّنْ ظَلَمَكَ
قَالَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يَنْتَقِمُ لِي مِمَّنْ ظَلَمَنِي وَ قَدْ لُبِّبَ فِي حَبْلٍ فَلَمْ يَنْتَقِمْ وَ غُصِبَ عَلَى حَقِّهِ فَلَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ
قَالَ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيَّ كَالْمُتَعَجِّبِ وَ قَالَ ذَلِكَ عَهْدٌ عَهِدْتُهُ إِلَيْهِ وَ أَمْرٌ أَمَرْتُهُ بِهِ فَلَمْ يَجُزْ لَهُ إِلَّا الْقِيَامُ بِهِ وَ قَدْ أَدَّى الْحَقَّ فِيهِ إِلَّا أَنَّ الْوَيْلَ لِمَنْ تَعَرَّضَ لِوَلِيِّ اللَّهِ
وَ أَمَّا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ فَلِلنَّجَاةِ مِنَ السَّلَاطِينِ وَ نَفْثِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَ أَمَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ فَلِلْآخِرَةِ وَ مَا تَبْتَغِيهِ مِنْ طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ أَمَّا مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ فَالْتَمِسْ بِهِ الْعَافِيَةَ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ أَمَّا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى فَاطْلُبْ بِهِ السَّلَامَةَ فِي الْبَرَارِي وَ الْبِحَارِ
وَ أَمَّا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فَاسْتَنْزِلْ بِهِ الرِّزْقَ مِنَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَ أَمَّا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ فَلِلنَّوافِلِ وَ بِرِّ الْإِخْوَانِ وَ مَا تَبْتَغِيهِ مِنْ طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ أَمَّا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ فَلِلْآخِرَةِ وَ أَمَّا صَاحِبُ الزَّمَانِ فَإِذَا بَلَغَ مِنْكَ السَّيْفُ الذَّبْحَ فَاسْتَعِنْ بِهِ فَإِنَّهُ يُعِينُكَ وَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى ح
(The book) ‘Qabas Al-Misbah’ – We are informed by the Sheykh Al-Sadouq Abu Al-Hassan Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Ahmad Al Kajash Al-Sayrafi, well known as Ibn Al-Kufi, at Baghdad at the end of the month of Rabie Al-Awwal of the year four hundred and forty-two (442), and he was a handsome old man, trusted, truthful of the tongue in the view of the proponents and the opponents, may Allah-azwj be Satisfied from him and Satisfy him. He said, ‘I am informed by Al-Hassan Muhammad Bin Ja’far Al-Tameemy reading to him, he said, ‘It is narrated to me by Abu Al-Wafa Al-Shirazy, and he was a friend of mine, he had been captured by Abu Ali Ilyas governor of Kirman. He said, ‘He imprisoned me and the guard allocated with me said, ‘He has thought of abhorrence regarding you’. I was stressed at that and went on to whisper to Allah-azwj the Exalted through the Imams-asws. When it was the night of Friday and I was free from my Salat, I slept. I saw the Prophet-saww in my sleep (dream) and he-saww said: ‘Neither seek mediation by me-saww nor with my-saww sons‑asws for anything from displays of the world except what you are seeking from obedience of Allah-azwj the Exalted and His-azwj Satisfaction. As for my-saww brother Abu Al-Hassan-asws, he‑asws will take revenge for you from the one oppressing you! ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘I said, ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! How will he-asws take revenge for me from the one oppressing me, and he-asws had been twisted with a rope and did not take revenge, and he-asws was usurped upon his-asws rights but did not speak? ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘He-saww looked at me like the surprised one, and said: ‘That is a covenanted I-saww had covenanted to him-asws, and an instruction I-saww had instructed him-asws with, so it was not allowed for him-asws except the standing with it, and he-asws had fulfilled the right regarding it except that the woe is for the one objecting to a Guardian-asws of Allah-azwj! And as for Ali-asws Bin Al-Husayn-asws, he-asws is for the rescue from the rulers and puffings of the Satans-la and as for Muhammad-asws Bin Ali-asws and Ja’far-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, he-asws is for the Hereafter and whatever you are seeking from the obedience of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic, and as for Musa-asws Bin Ja’far-asws, seek the well-being from Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic with him-asws, and as for Ali-asws Bin Musa-asws, seek the safety in the lands and the seas with him-asws. And as for Muhammad-asws Bin Ali-asws, bring down the sustenance from Allah-azwj the Exalted through him-asws, and as for Ali-asws Bin Muhammad-asws, he-asws is for the optional (Salat) and kindness of the brethren, and whatever you are seeking for from obedience of Allah-azwj Mighty and Majestic, and as for Al-Hassan-asws Bin Ali-asws, it is for the Hereafter, and as for Master-ajfj of the Time, when the sword of slaughter reaches you, seek assistance with him-ajfj, for he-ajfj will assist you! ’ – and he-saww pl
