d: ‘Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘The Pilgrim, when he takes to his preparation, he does not raise anything and does not place anything except Allah-azwj Writes ten good deeds for him, and Deletes ten evil deeds from him, and Raises ten ranks for him. When he rides a camel, it does not raise a hoof and does not place it except Allah-azwj Writes for him similar to that; and when he performs Tawaaf of the House (Kabah), he comes out from his sins; and when he performs Sa’ee between Al-Safa and Al-Marwa he comes out from his sins; and when he pauses at Arafaah, he comes out from his sins, and when he pauses at the Sacred Monuments he comes out from his sins. When he pelts the rocks, he comes out from his sins! ’
Rasool-Allah-saww counted such and such place, all of them exiting him from his sins. He-saww said: ‘How can it be for you to reach what the Pilgrim reaches? ’’[110]
(The book) ‘Sawaab Al Amaal’ – Majaylawiya, from his uncle, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Abu Ayoub, from Al Sumali who said, ‘A man said to Ali-asws Bin Al-Husayn-asws, ‘You-asws have neglected the Jihad and its harshness and have necessitated the Hajj and its softness! ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘He-asws was reclining, so he-asws sat upright. He-asws said: ‘Woe be to you! Has it not reached you what Rasool-Allah-saww had said in the farewell Hajj when the sun was about to set? Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘O Bilal-ra! Tell the people to be silent! ’
When they were silent, Rasool-Allah-saww said: ‘Your Lord-azwj has Conferred a Favour upon you all in this day! He-azwj has Forgiven for your good-doers and will (Allow) your good-doers to intercede for your evil-doers, therefore depart as having been Forgiven for, and He-azwj Guarantees for the people of liabilities, the Divine Pleasure from His-azwj Presence! ’’[111]
(The book) ‘Sawaab Al Amaal’ – Hamza Al Alawy, from Ali, from his father, from Safwan and Ibn Abu Umeyr, both together from Muawiya Bin Ammar, ‘From Abu Abdullah-asws having said: ‘When Rasool-Allah-saww departed (for Hajj), a Bedouin met him-saww in Al-Abtah. He said, ‘O Rasool-Allah-saww! I came out intending the Hajj but an obstacle obstructed me, and I am such a man, my wealth is a lot, so instruct me to do regarding my wealth what would make me reach what the Pilgrim reaches! ’
He (the narrator) said, ‘Rasool-Allah-saww turned to mount Abu Qubeys. He-saww said: ‘Even if mount Abu Qubeys were for you as pure red gold which you spend in the way of Allah-azwj, you would not reach what the Pilgrim reaches! ’’[112]
(The book) ‘Sawaab Al Amaal’ – By this chain he said, ‘Abu Abdullah-asws said: ‘The Pilgrims are returning being upon three category – a category is liberated from the Hellfire, and a category comes out from its sins to be like the day his mother had given him birth, and a category who is Protected regarding his family and his wealth. So that is least of what the Pilgrim returns with! ’’[113]
