وَ رُوِيَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ع قَالَ: مَنْ دَخَلَ الْمَقَابِرَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الْأَرْوَاحِ الْفَانِيَةِ وَ الْأَجْسَادِ الْبَالِيَةِ وَ الْعِظَامِ النَّخِرَةِ الَّتِي خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَ هِيَ بِكَ مُؤْمِنَةٌ أَدْخِلْ عَلَيْهِمْ رَوْحاً مِنْكَ وَ سَلَاماً مِنِّي كَتَبَ اللَّهُ بِعَدَدِ الْخَلْقِ مِنْ لَدُنْ آدَمَ إِلَى أَنْ تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ حَسَنَاتٍ. وَ هَذَا دُعَاءُ عَلِيٍّ ع لِأَهْلِ الْقُبُورِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ السَّلَامُ عَلَى أَهْلِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ يَا أَهْلَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ بِحَقِّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
كَيْفَ وَجَدْتُمْ قَوْلَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مِنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ بِحَقِّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ اغْفِرْ لِمَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَ احْشُرْنَا فِي زُمْرَةِ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَلِيٌّ وَلِيُّ اللَّهِ
فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ع إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ص يَقُولُ مَنْ قَرَأَ هَذَا الدُّعَاءَ أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى ثَوَابَ خَمْسِينَ سَنَةً وَ كَفَّرَ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِ خَمْسِينَ سَنَةً وَ لِأَبَوَيْهِ أَيْضاً.
And it is reported from Al-Husayn-asws Bin Ali-asws having said: ‘One who enters the graveyard, so he says, ‘O Allah-azwj! Lord-azwj of these perished souls, and the decayed bodies, and the rotten bones, which have exited from the world while these were believers in You-azwj, Enter upon them the breezes from You-azwj and greeting from me! ’, Allah-azwj will Write good deeds for him of the number of people from the time of Adam-as up to establishment of the Hour! ’’[109]
And this is a supplication of Ali-asws for people of the graves: ‘In the Name of Allah-azwj the Beneficent, the Merciful! The greeting be upon the people of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, from people of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj! ’ O people of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, by the right of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’! How did you find the word, ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’? From ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, O ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, by the right of ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’! Forgive for the one who says, ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj’, and Gather us in the group of the one who says, ‘there is no god except Allah-azwj, Muhammad-saww is Rasool-Allah-saww, and Ali-asws is a guardian of Allah-azwj’’. Ali-asws said: ‘I-asws heard Rasool-Allah-saww saying: ‘One who reads this supplication, Allah-azwj the Glorious and Exalted will Grant him Rewards of fifty years, and Expiate from him evils deeds of fifty years, and for his parents as well’’. [110]
